John Pickett holds degrees in piano from the Juilliard School and Indiana University, but is also a lover of songs and songwriting. He is an award winning composer for both classical and popular songs, being recognized as a finalist in the NATS art song competition and the 2017 and 2018 Great American Song Competition. John Pickett has also written and composed 2 children’s musicals: Lion on the Loose! and Tink and Titus’s Best Christmas Ever! and the original music for the film V3.
